About Nigel Penhearow
I am an MBA qualified senior professional highly experienced in the fields of
supply chain, sales and commercial operations (B2B, FMCG, consumables,
hardware and software). A subject matter expert in sales methodology
(Miller Heiman) and "Integrated Business Planning" (Oliver Wight).
During my career I have been fortunate enough to have been given the
opportunity to manage teams across sales, operations and supply chain.
These range from divisions of over 100 staff to smaller groups of highly qualified
analysts. Over this period I have learned an awful lot about business including
the ability to drive results by conveying what was considered as very complex theories, into language that colleagues can relate to and execute. Results have been impressive amongst all the teams I have had the honour of leading.
My belief is one of continuous improvement, whether it be small steps or large strides as long as the path is always moving forward (although you may have to take a step back in order to make a leap forward!).
